These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made via www.evervital-health.com.

2. Applicability
These Terms of Sale apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through the website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Sale.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be changed at any time. The price applicable to the order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
LFI B.V. reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
4. Orders and Payment
An agreement is concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard and other available providers.
LFI B.V. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at:

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed supplement products that have been opened cannot be returned unless defective.
7. Returns and Refunds
Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless defective.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
8. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If products are purchased on a subscription basis:
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting info@evervital-health.com.
Cancellation applies to future shipments only.
9. Liability
LFI B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
